Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we are not shipping globally. Email us at contact@adaptmtb.com to inquire about shipping internationally.
Where do you ship from?
We are based out of California. The product usually ships within 2-5 business days.
Do you take Crypto?
At this time we are not set up to take cryptocurrencies.
I placed an order, now what?
Now, just grab your bike and go for a ride. Your package will arrive sooner than you know it.
What's your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1) The product was purchased in the last 30 days
2) You have your receipt or proof of purchase.
3) The product is in its original packaging
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
